BAD WEATHER
1. The Northern Lights is a natural phenomenon. Thus, we do not have full control on its showing. However, our guides are highly experienced & they will go all out to find the Northern Lights for you. They also have access to the most updated & credible weather info, based on the advanced meteorological centre located in Tromso city.
2. There will be no refund should the Northern Lights did not appear during the chase.
3. In light of bad weather which deems a 50-50% chance of Aurora sightings, clients will be informed a few hours prior to the chase. They can make a choice on whether to go on the chase that night or otherwise. Should you decide not to chase, another chase can be booked for another night.
